As the Project Manager, Ron Engineering’s principle objectives are:

• Develop an overall project implementation plan that details the Owner’s requirements (program, cost, duration, and quality).
• Develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure that details the Project Team’s responsibilities.
• Prepare a Risk Management Plan.
• Prepare Project Policies & Procedures, including a Communication Plan.
• Identify and assist with the selection of suitable Project Team Members (Design & Construction).
• Provide assistance with municipal, insurance and legal matters pertaining to the Project.
• Coordinate the Design Development process including maintaining communication with all Project stakeholders.
• Time management (overall project scheduling).
• Financial management (overall project budgeting).
• Project reporting.
• Quality control.
• Management of the commissioning process that will lead to the turnover of a properly functioning facility.  This will include coordinating the necessary training for the Owner’s staff.
• Prompt and accurate project close-out.
