In November 2007, as Project and Construction Manager for Minto Commercial Properties Inc., Ron Engineering commenced the first phase of the Base Building renovations at 3000 Merivale Road. This 1 million sf office complex consists of eight interconnected buildings. The initial work included the demolition of previous tech labs in preparation for the future fit-up of office space. This is a multi-phased, 4 year project that includes 2 base building phases, and 4 fit-up and multiple exterior siteworks phases. As of August 2010, the project is 65% complete. Overall substantial completion is scheduled for March 2011. |
