| Project Details: |
245 Cooper is a 7 storey, 35,000 sf office building located in the heart of downtown Ottawa. A comprehensive base building renovation project was completed in 2007. In addition to a complete upgrade of the mechanical and electrical systems, the project included: full replacement of windows; alterations to the buildings exterior appearance; installation of a new ground floor glazed entrance and associated barrier-free accessible ramp; complete finishes upgrade at the main lobby and elevator corridor; replacement of all ceiling grid and tile; washroom upgrades and replacement of all stairwell railings. The base building phase was followed by two tenant fit-up projects for PWGSC which included security upgrades.
