In November 2007 this project began with fit-up to the 3rd and 4th floors of the new addition to Guindon Hall. This project also included renovations of adjacent areas within the existing building. The gross construction area is 55,380 sf including: two 1,076 sf of fit-up with 5,974 sf of renovations to the 3rd floor, and two 1,076 sf of fit-up with 4,189 sf of renovations on the 4th floor. The work consists of open conept wet labs with shared interior support space, office and board room facilitilies.
