In November 2007, Ron Engineering, as Construction Manager for Minto, commenced the first phase of the Base Building upgrades at 3000 Merivale Road. This is a 1 million sf office complex consisting of eight interconnected buildings. There will be three other base building phases and then followed with tenant fit-up.
